Joanne is an Inspirational Speaker and Corporate Trainer. She has given speeches and workshops to a variety of groups within Western NY. Her specialty is speaking to the core of human values and spirituality, enabling others to get in touch with the truly important things in life. Joanne is a member of Toastmasters International where she attained her ATM Bronze designation. She has won numerous humorous and inspirational speech contests at Toastmasters and was voted Toastmaster of the Year in 1991. She is now a club member and officer of both the Advanced Club in Rochester (which is the only club requiring an audition to join) and Toasted Sage. Joanne has given technical presentations at conferences on the subjects of software improvement, project management, and IT solutions. She has her Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification and a Black Belt certification in Microsoft Project. Joanne is available for consulting on project management best practices with a specialization in scheduling and in team-building. She is the VP of Corporate Relations for the local chapter of the Project Management Institute. An active member in her church, a wife and mother of two, Joanne belongs to a number of associations including The Association for Women in Communications, The Rochester Women's Network, and several local Chambers of Commerce, to name a few.
